About us: a café with a garden and fountain in A blok
LUXURA Premium Hookah Bar is a lounge and café in New Belgrade, in A blok, at Jurija Gagarina 20ć. We're open every day from 09:00 to 01:00. Our day has two rhythms. During the day, people drop in for an espresso, tea, a shake or a cold-pressed juice, and besides the lounge we also have a garden with a fountain. In the evening, just as the “Premium Hookah Bar” tagline on our logo says, we're a hookah bar in A blok, with cocktails and warmer lighting. We don't have a kitchen, but there are light snacks to go with your drinks. All the photos on this page were taken at our place.

A café in New Belgrade: coffee, tea and fresh juices by day
From 09:00 we serve coffee, tea and juices. An espresso is 280 RSD, a cappuccino 320, a cafe latte 340, and you can also have your espresso with soy milk (330 RSD). Your espresso comes with a sugar sachet featuring our panda. Tea is on the menu as “Kuća čaja” (380 RSD), and when you're in the mood for something sweeter, there's a Plazma shake (490) and hot chocolate, white or dark (390).
Among the cold drinks, Luxura Ice Tea has a special place: an iced tea named after the bar, in eight fruit flavors (0.30 l, 480 RSD). Our freshly squeezed juices are lemonade, orange, grapefruit and citrus mix, and the cold-pressed ones are raspberry and blackberry. With your coffee or juice you can order popcorn, spicy peanuts, whole-grain grissini or nachos, and nacho sauces are on the menu too.

In the evening: cocktails and hookah
As the day goes on, the lighting gets warmer and the evening part of the day begins at LUXURA, with cocktails and hookah. The menu lists 26 classic cocktails, from Aperol and Hugo Spritz to Espresso Martini, plus two signature cocktails from the Luxura Signature line: Eden Bloom (pineapple and lime juice, passion fruit syrup) and Azure Flame (orange and pineapple juice). Virgin Mojito and Virgin Hugo (800 RSD each) are alcohol-free, and they're on the same menu as the other cocktails. See the ingredients and prices on the Cocktails page.

Hookah and alcoholic drinks are served only to guests aged 18 and over (18+).

Garden with a fountain
The other part of LUXURA is outdoors: a garden with a fountain. That's why LUXURA isn't just a lounge but also a café with a garden in New Belgrade, at the same address in A blok. The garden's centerpiece is the fountain, with reflections on the surface of the water. Inside, walnut, brick and warm light; outside, water: two different moods under one name.
The cocktails in our photos were also shot there, during a photo shoot at the end of September 2026. In the photo below, three cocktails stand on the edge of the fountain, with the water and its reflections behind them.
Interior: walnut, brick and neon
The lounge is decorated in warm tones, with walnut, brick and neon giving it its character. The most recognizable feature is the logo wall: a walnut panel with a large round LUXURA sign and a geometric panda, backlit with a golden glow. Next to it is a wall with lit niches holding a globe, an hourglass, an alarm clock, a birdcage, jars, succulents and pampas grass.
On the other side runs a black wall with the white neon lines “Value your peace” and “All we have is now”, above a long gray-green tufted booth. The bar counter is walnut, with an LED strip along the bottom that lights up the white marble. At the back is a raised area with brick and a green wall of climbing plants.
The main room has wooden tables with cream-colored turned legs, gray velvet armchairs and, on the brick, mirrors and panda paintings.

Frequently asked questions
Is LUXURA a café as well?
Yes. From 09:00 we serve coffee (espresso 280 RSD, cappuccino 320 RSD), tea, shakes, hot chocolate, Luxura Ice Tea and freshly squeezed juices, and in the evening it's time for cocktails and hookah.
